Terms of Service

Service Rates & Fees

• Labor Rate: $150 per hour.

• Mobile Service Fee: $100 per visit (Peoria, AZ area).

• Shop Supplies & Waste Disposal: A fee of 5% of total labor is applied to all service orders to cover consumables and environmental waste disposal.

Parts & Taxes

• Sales Tax: An 8.1% tax rate is applied to parts only.

Service Terms

• Baber’s Marine Repair LLC provides mobile repair services at the customer's location.

• Estimates are subject to change based on hidden damage or parts availability.

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
